What is Bodywork?

Bodywork has become a catch all term for multiple therapies. In the broadest sense, it refers to any therapeutic technique that is used to improve the body's function.

At Triskele Equine Therapies, I employ several different soft tissue and neuro manipulation techniques to release tension, break up adhesions and improve the overall health of your horse.
